Dr. Sunshine Gibbons, Medicine Woman, Founder

 Dr. Sunshine Gibbons is the Medicine Woman and founder of Ancient Awakenings Temple of the Healing Arts, which is a church and wellness center located near Tampa, FL. She is dedicated to using her Doctor of Education degree to inform others about wellness and wholeness practices. She is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance and is a Reiki Master. Dr. Sunshine is also blessed to present the medicine of Ecstatic Dance, using this practice for trauma release as well as manifestation. She is also well connected to the energy of Kundalini and has developed an ecstatic dance ritual for its activation. Dr. Sunshine also uses sound healing to help move stagnant energy and align the chakras. She has recently been called to be a water pourer for sacred sweat lodge ceremonies that are held at the Temple. She is passionate about sharing her wealth of knowledge about healing practices, knowing that all of us have the power to heal any dis-ease in our body, mind, and soul.
