Dieta

Register now!

Please start your dieta at least three days before ceremony. One week is recommended if sitting with Ayahuasca or Syrian Rue.

Body

How are you fueling your body? To best prepare for ceremony, a vegetarian diet high in fresh veggies and fruit is recommended. Eat as little processed food as possible and reduce your sugar and fat intake. Do not consume soft drinks. Do not drink alcohol. Drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water each day. Are there any foods that you struggle to eliminate from your diet although you know there are not for your best health? Those are the ones you should focus on eliminating as you prepare your body to be a clean vessel to receive the Sacrament. See below for the Aya and Rue dieta.

Mind

How are you fueling your mind? It is normal to feel increased anxiety as your ceremony approaches. Staying grounded and present is important as you prepare for your ceremony. Practices like Earthing, breathwork, and meditation can help you focus on keeping your mind at ease. You may need to fast from specific programs that you watch or from social media. Strive to feed your mind with things that are for your highest good in order to prepare your mind to be at peace when you receive the Sacrament.

Soul

How are you fueling your Soul? Do you have any spiritual practices that you have been meaning to add to your daily routine? Now is the time to do this. Meditation, Yoga, dance, music, and prayer are just some ways you can feed your soul. Connect to yourself and connect to the Divine within and all around. Choose to feed your soul with things that are for your highest good as you prepare your Soul to be open and ready to receive the Sacrament.

Dieta for Ayahuasca and Syrian Rue

This dieta must be followed for at laest 24-hours before Ceremony. Serious health risks can occur if this dieta is not followed. If you are well-versed in fasting, a 24-hour water only fast is recommended.

Ceremony Preparation

Some medications are known to interact with our Sacrament. Many anti-depressants or anti-anxiety meds classified as SSRI, SNRI, MAOI, TCA/TeCA, NRI/NDRI, SMS/SARI, and Lithium, are included. If you take any of these, please discuss the possibility of sitting with our Sacrament with your prescribing physician.

You should refrain from sitting with any Master Teacher Medicines for at least one week before Sacrament Ceremony. These Master Teachers include all psychedelic medicines and MDMA. Also avoid any mind-altering substances such as kratom, kava, alcohol, and many others.
